Refund Policy

MyTravelFirst processing fee applies to refundable fares. Cancellation is only allowed by telephone. Refund requests will be accepted only after the following conditions have been met.

All cancellations must be made through our representative and the passenger must receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

There will be no refund for No Show reservations.

In case we have an exemption from the airlines, please finalize. For this we will need at least 7 business days. The exemption request is subject to approval by the airline's help desk.

Refund Term: After cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the refund amount. This notification is only an acknowledgment of your request and does not automatically qualify you for a refund. After receiving your cancellation acceptance email, our refund department will work with the airline refund desk. After approval, it will take 8-10 weeks for airlines to refund the amount. MyTravelFirst will charge the cancellation fee in advance. In case of denial of refund, this cancellation fee will be refunded to your account.

Refund Policy of MyTravelFirst

MyTravelFirst follows a strict Refund Policy and adheres to it no matter what the situation. Below mentioned are the regulations regarding the initiation of refund requests under any circumstances. The presented document clearly and precisely states the refund policy that every customer expecting a refund must go through.

When can you claim a refund?

The reservation made by the customers can be refunded under the following mentioned conditions-

If a customer comes across a cheaper deal of airfare for an identical itinerary. Within 3 Hours of their booking transaction at First Travel, they can claim their refund by providing the details of the offer that they have received.

MyTravelFirst does not follow the concept of multiple refunds. On a single itinerary, the customer can book refunds only once. If the refund process has been completed once, it cannot be initiated again for the same itinerary under any circumstances.

If the customer g gets an opportunity of seeking a refund under the warranty policy of the company they may apply for a refund.

The process of claiming refunds:

Go through the above-mentioned clauses to confirm the legitimacy o the refund request that you intend to file.

Contact the Helpdesk at MyTravelFirst using the customer care service number and state the issue in detail with the amount that you expect to be refunded.

Allow customer service to crosscheck your request and the price that you have quoted if found to be legitimate you will receive the notification regarding the initiation of your refund process.

You can expect your refund in your registered Bank Account within 24 Hours of filing your request.

Stating the Reimbursements:

The Refund Policy of MyTravelFirst is liable even in situations involving reimbursement. Customers expecting the refund must present the proper paperwork stating the legitimacy of their request to claim the refund. The paperwork must mention the time of travel along with the date, destination details, flight name, airfare, and the course of the provider along with the information of the price policy referred.
